The battery under test will be a 24DC-6 other wise known
as a Marine or deep cycle battery, the smaller of the two that are
typically available (larger is the 27DC-6,
$70. The ratings tag on this battery shows an amp-hour rating of 75
Ah, CA of 500 amps, and a CCA of 405 amps. $58 at Wal-Mart (10/2009).
