The following scan is for a standard BNC to Binding Post adapter (source) shorted with a number 14 gauge copper wire.

Calibration: As stated in the AIM 4170 manual, "For example, If you want to use a BNC-to-binding post adapter, calibrate the short circuit with a jumper wire across the binding posts. Then remove the wire and calibrate the open circuit condition with the adapter still attached. This procedure cancels the stray capacitance of the adapter and you can get accurate readings of discrete components attached to the binding posts."

Scan - Full

Band width is nearly perfect for the full scan.  The adapter gets a little inductive above 130 MHz but only to the point of 0.808 Ω for an inductance of 30 pico-henrys.
